Taling about Android beta, A new version of Whatsapp v2.19.97 just realeased and tracker WABetaInfo has spotted that it has ability to stop users from sending Frequently Forwarded messages to group chats. This feature is still in development mode and users will not be able to use it at the moment as it is disable by defauly in the App. This feature should be available soon in future in ‘Group Settings’ and only admins of groups will be able to edit and see it.
