Open Android Messages

Enable Chat Features

To disable chat features, tap on the red X in the top right corner
If you’re looking to disable chat features on android messages, there’s a couple of ways to do it. The first way is to open the settings menu and tap on “Chat.” From here, you can toggle off all of the features that you don’t want to use, such as group chats or notifications for new messages.
The second option is to go to the message itself and tap on the red X in the top right corner. This will disable all of the chat features for that particular message.
