Before you can transfer files between your iPhone and Android device via Bluetooth, you’ll need to make sure that both devices are paired. To do this, open the Settings app on your iPhone and tap Bluetooth. Then, on your Android device, open the Settings app and tap Bluetooth. Make sure that Bluetooth is turned on both devices.
Once Bluetooth is enabled on both devices, you should see a list of paired devices on each device. If you don’t see the other device listed, try restarting both devices. Once the other device is listed, select it to establish a connection. You may be prompted to enter a PIN or passcode on one or both devices. Once the connection is established, you’re ready to start transferring files!

Tap share, then tap Bluetooth
To transfer files from your iPhone to an Android device via Bluetooth, you’ll need to use a third-party file manager such as ES File Explorer. Once you’ve installed the app on both devices, open it up and tap the “Share” button on the iPhone. From there, select the “Bluetooth” option and then choose the Android device you want to send the file to. The file will then be transferred over Bluetooth for you.
On your Android device, open the Bluetooth File Transfer app
Assuming you’ve already paired your devices, open the Bluetooth File Transfer app on your Android device. You should see a list of available devices to connect to. Select your iPhone from the list and tap on it to connect.
Once connected, you’ll be able to browse through the files on your iPhone and select which ones you want to transfer over to your Android device. Simply tap on the files you want to transfer and hit the “Send” button. The transfer process will begin and the files will be saved on your Android device.
Tap Receive files
Receiving files from an iPhone to an Android device via Bluetooth is a simple process that can be completed in just a few steps. First, make sure that both devices are paired and connected via Bluetooth. Then, on the iPhone, open the file that you wish to send to the Android device. Tap the Share button, and then select Bluetooth from the share menu. Select the Android device from the list of available devices, and then tap Send. The file will now begin transferring to the Android device.
Tap Accept on your iPhone
Assuming that you have already paired your devices, simply open up the file that you wish to share in iOS and look for the “Share” button. Tap it and select Bluetooth from the options that come up. Your Android device should then show up in the list of available devices – just tap it to start transferring the file!
The file will begin transferring
The file will begin transferring when you have successfully paired your devices and selected the file to send. If you’re sending a picture, for example, you’ll likely see a notification on your Android device after the transfer has started. Depending on the size of the file, it may take a few minutes to complete the transfer.
