Google Pixel 4 to Come in a new ‘Mint Green’ Colour
Google Pixel 4 is expected to launch in October this year. It has become a trend that before the official launch of any smartphone, the rumors and leaks start hitting the online platforms. According to the latest leak, Google Pixel 4 is expected to come in a “Mint Green” color option. The image renders of the new Mint Green Pixel 4 from Google was shared by Indiashopps website. The Indiashopps website claims that they have got these leaks from a source very close to Google Pixel 4 development team.
When Google Pixel 3 was about to launch last year, everything was leaked out before its official launch. Google had nothing left to announce or showcase something exclusive that was not known to people. So to avoid such things, this year company decided to put an end to random mockups and surprisingly teased the Pixel 4 design itself. Though there is too much time for the launch of Pixel 4, Google has already started teasing people with the teasers.
Until now, Pixel flagship smartphones used to come in two color variants — the black one and the white one. The reports claim that along with the black and white color options, this time users will be given one more color option called “Mint Green” to buy Google Pixel 4. Along with the color variants, there is also a change in the design of the smartphone. Earlier, the Pixel flagship smart used to have a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. But this time it is supposed to have an in-display fingerprint sensor.
If rumors are to be believed, the new Piel smartphone will not sport a punch-hole display, instead, it’ll place two front cameras on the top bezel. Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL, both are expected to powered with Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 SoC. Pixel 4 is expected to be the first smartphone device that will run on Android Q operating system. The Pixel 4 is said to feature a 5.6 or 5.8-inch screen, measuring 147×68.9×8.2 mm (or 9.3mm thick). There are no words on the RAM and storage variants of the upcoming Pixel series smartphones.
Pixel smartphones are very well known for its high camera quality and picture quality. So to maintain its standard, the company is working to give its users the best camera experience. According to some sources, it is expected that Google is working to add wide-color capture support on the Pixel 4 camera–a feature iPhones have offered since 2016. The device is already teased and it is surely going to feature a new design and debut the first-ever multi-lens rear camera on a Pixel flagship smartphone.
Pixel 4 is expected to be the first ever Android smartphone to get wide-color capture. Currently, Android does not have a single smartphone that offers wide-color photos because Android apps don’t support wide-color gamuts like Display P3 and Adobe RGB. And now, a developer has spotted code in Google’s Camera app that allows for P3 color capture, expecting that Pixel 4 will support wide-color photos.
It will be interesting to see how much people will love the new “Mint Green” color variant and there will be also an eye on how the people will accept the changes in the new Pixel flagship smartphone. Still, there is lots of time left for the launch, until then keep guessing about more specifications and features of the smartphone.
