Google Pixel 3a XL vs Pixel 3a: What’s Different?
At the Google I/O keynote on May 7, Google unveiled its new two new Pixel flagship smartphones. Pixel 3a and pixel 3a XL are the two new stripped-down versions of Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3XL. The biggest difference between these two smartphones is their size. The Pixel 3a is taller and a bit heavier than the Pixel 3a. There are also many other differences like battery life, price, display size and many more.
The Google Pixel 3a has a 5.6-inch full-HD+ (1080×2220 pixels) OLED display with at 18.5:9 aspect ratio while Pixel 3a Xl has a larger 6-inch full-HD+ (1080×2160 pixels) OLED display with an 18:9 aspect ratio. In terms of processor, the duo will be having the same processing specifications. Both the devices will be powered with Snapdragon 670 SoC. The other main difference bw=etween these two smartphones is the battery size. The Pixel 3a is powered with a 3,000mAh battery which has the capacity to deliver 12 hours of video playback time. The Pixel 3a XL is powered with a 3,700mAh battery which has the capacity to deliver 14 hours of video playback time.
Apart from these differences, the duo has the same specifications in terms of camera, connectivity, security, and sound.
The Google Pixel 3a is a bit cheaper than Pixel 3a Xl. In India, the price of Pixel 3a 4GB RAM + 64GB storage option is Rs 39,999. The device will be exclusively available on Flipkart in Clearly White and Just Black color options. On the other hand, Pixel 3a XL has been priced at Rs. 44,999 for the same 4GB RAM + 64GB storage configuration. This version will be also available on Flipkart.
The release date of this duo smartphones is May 15 in India. The buyers of these smartphones will be given a free 3 month YouTube Music Premium Subscription. This scheme is only applicable for the people who activate the Pixel 3a or Pixel 3a XL before September 30.
